مشکل موقع نصب پکیج در لوکال #3

سلام وقت بخیر موقع نصب پکیج با ارور زیر مواجه میشم
دفعه اول ارور داد کامپوزر اپدیت بشه این کارو انجام دادم باز این ارور هست
