Add warning when installing bundled php exts when using brew

When brew is detected, we should warn against installing bundled php extensions, in the same way we do for Ondrej/Remi repos or Docker.

Same should preferably be done for my ZTS repos (for the extensions that are available) - and only on homebrew if a NTS version is detected. Shivam's ZTS version doesn't offer extensions.

This is only really an issue for bundled PHP extensions (i.e. those in php-src); even if a dev/rpm/etc overrides it; the version of a non-bundled ext is not intrinsically linked with the php version.

Do you have a build provider configured for your builds? iirc that's what we use to determine atm

It should be an issue for any php extension really. Unless I am badly misremembering:

That wouldn't be an issue, since the extension paths should be different (as the API version is usually part of the path).

That's not the case for the default modular distributions (on RHEL). Debian packages are versioned and use versioned paths, so you're right that it wouldn't be an issue there.
