Multiple notifications are generated per item in a mass deletion event from the Diagnosis log

• OS and version: Raspbian Bullseye (based on Debian 11)
• Platform: Raspberry Pi 4B

Expected behavior

Hopefully only one notification would be shown for a mass deletion event.

Actual behavior / bug

2 toast notifications are generated per deletion, causing huge UI lag.

Steps to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Tools -> Pi-Hole Diagnosis when there are many logged issues
2. Change the entries shown to "All"
3. Select all entries
4. Press the delete button

Additional context

I'm aware that the real solution is for me to fix what's generating so many errors, but I believe the UI could definitely handle this a lot better lol.
