Test Files #11

It would be nice to have some test files to provide a sanity check when people are working on the development of the software. There are some open questions here.
- Do we have one file that acts in a general way?
- Do we need a set of files to mimic different experimental setups?
- Do we Integrate with some kind of data generator from the PixieSuite?
- Does this require abstracting the PixieInterface class?
- Who has time to deal with this?
