Bug description

When viewing the list of blocks (plugin Fields → Configuration → Blocks), the column Name displays only plain text instead of a clickable link.

This prevents direct access to the block edit form.

Expected behavior:
Each block name should appear as a hyperlink.

Go to Setup → Plugins → Fields → Blocks
Create or view existing blocks
Observe that the Name column shows plain text (no hyperlink)

I’m unable to reproduce the issue with version 1.22.0.

The value in the column name is correctly clickable.

Could you please provide us with some screenshots, show the configuration of your block (especially the target entity), and check your permissions to confirm that you are in the correct entity?
