Sign in to RubyEvents

Description

There's no obvious main nav way to sign in, and prompts elsewhere in the app do not result in sign in.

Reproduction

1. Open the app
2. Navigate to the Events tab
3. Select an event
4. Click "Add to My Events"
   4a. If logged in, this would mark the user as attending the event.
5. A pop-up shows up prompting you to log in.
6. Click "Sign in with GitHub"
7. This opens a window inside RubyEvents and does not redirect to login.
   7a. If logged in on web browser, the user remains logged in on the window.
   7b. If logged out on web browser, the user is not prompted to log in.

Expected Results

Ideally around step 6, we'd log the user into the app using GitHub oauth, regardless of whether or not they're logged in on their browser.
