Slow reading when opening large file, such as a 40-minutes album

Recently I've used this library to make my own music player. And when it comes to reading my albums, I found it's fairly slow collecting WavSamples to Vec<SampleFormat>. This really worried me. I searched for solutions, but still troubled.

BTW, I have already used BufReader to avoid frequent system calls.

Could you please have a look and solve my problem? I'll appreciate it! Thanks!

Ok I beat my need. The real problem is that only partial samples within the file is needed, and the problem of hound is that it did parsed all the samples before the wanted one to achieve that. Here I wrote a new decoder, using io::Seek::seek to improve performance in that case.

If you'd like, I would open a PR about loading specific samples at a intermediate position.

But the problem mentioned in original issue still remains the same, right? To improve the performance on large file, maybe we can add a buffered reader, that try load as more samples as possible at once, preparing for the next reading.
