Is this Instapaper gem maintained?

Hello maintainers, I'm using this for a personal project and would like to contribute some updates to dependencies and GitHub workflows and stuff like that. I've had a PR open for a few months with no response and I'm curious, is there anyone maintaining this project? I'd be happy to do some basic maintenance like this if nobody else is up for it at the moment. I'd prefer not to fork it but if you'd rather not add me as a contributor then I will create a fork.
