Add cronjob support in the YAML

I claimed the FLT-DROP token but i want to get a notification 2 months after the transaction was made so that i can change it for the FLT token. Cronjob support would help a lot with that. 

For this, I want to add `send_sms`, cronjob and in the conditions `get_transaction_details()` support..
