infer_desired_params verbosity

`infer_desired_params` can be extremely verbose when working with Group objects. There is a `verbose` argument, but this is set to `True` when `infer_desired_params`  is called by other functions including `get_window_peak_arr`, `get_window_peak_ep`, and the conversions module.
