Doesn't copy modified, created, accessed timestamps (update README ?)

Hi,

`rusync` copy and creates new files but there are no archive option like `cp` has or `--times` flag like `rsync` has.

I understand the project is done and adding this either as a default or as an option can take some time but maybe the README could be updated ?
