`aius` theme for Keycloak

Install docker with docker-compose
docker-compose up --build
Go to http://localhost:8080/auth/admin/master/console/#/realms/master/theme-settings
Log in as admin/admin
Select aius as login and account theme under Realm Settings > Themes
