The AnyLogic simulation model is organized into three interconnected components that support data-driven decision-making in a manufacturing plant. First, the Decision Variable Interface allows users to define operational parameters such as resource allocation levels, machine availability, maintenance intervals, and production shift configurations.

The Anylogic simulation model which is described in three different subsets: 1) defining decision variables in the interface that facilitates decision-making in manufacturing plant, 2) Output dashboard showing the shift-wise impact of alternative resource allocation, Maintenance and usage of extra machines and 3) Scenario Based analysis showing the outcome of the user defined decision variables.
