Look into SBOL compatibility for DNA assemblies

We should have a look at the Synthetic Biology Open Language (SBOL) standard and make sure that our DNA and DNAassembly components are "compatible" (eg, use similar terms from components). Python wrappers for SBOL are available in the pySBOL package.
