The old jcraft JSch Driver does not work with up-to-date SFTP Servers.
There is now an updated, drop-in replacement Sch driver (from a different team).

All our integration tests pass with new JSch driver.
IF we deploy this PR but get SFTP problems with DataStore - then I suspect DataStore SFTP Server needs updating.
when we looked on the 18th April 2024....
datastore is using SSH-2.0-OpenSSH_7.4
which is Dec 2016 vintage SSH
