How to Use Courses Database

Built-in Gamemodes

There are 3 gamemodes in Beatrun:

1. Data Theft - You need to kill other players and collect Data Cubes from them. After collecting any amount you should deposit them at a given Data Bank.
2. Infection - You need to touch other players and infect them, making them infected as you are.
3. Deathmatch (added by Jonny_Bro) - Just a DM gamemode, nothing special.

Third Person Animations

I have no intentions to add them.

Maps

Beatrun maps start with br_ tag.
Any map that works in Sandbox should work but maps with br_ tag are designed to be used with Beatrun.

Flashlight Shadows Fix

Warning

As of version 1.0.78 this bug was fixed! (Thanks @Global0Silver)

Use this command to fix the bug when you can see your own shadow from your flashlight.
r_flashlightdepthtexture 0

"I can't roll! I'm sliding instead of rolling! Getting stuck after a slide!"

Warning

As of version 1.0.21 this bug was fixed!
