add largeImageWarning to desktop

resolves #1538

• When a decode error occurs on the image, it will add a large image warning indicating that the system might not be able to display the large image properly.
• Added support for failing conversions. Before they would fail in the job, but the interface on desktop would still attempt to load them.
• Now when a job fails and you go to open it an error will be displayed as well as an alert icon next to the dataset. This can be done trying to import a Tiled TIF instead of a regular single image/nongeospatial tiff.
