- Remove prepare-buildtool target from Makefile - Update compiler cmake to build host flatc on cross build when necessary instead of pre built host flatc on separated build process - Use almost same process with runtime's host flatc build ONE-DCO-1.0-Signed-off-by: Hyeongseok Oh <hseok82.oh@samsung.com>
