I added some comments to the code and converted the readme to markdown so the formatting will be nicer.
Before we share this with others, read over this article and see how they're using an environment variable in their code. We don't want your personal token in source control because it lets other people use your token and they can pretend to be you.
Once you figure out how to get the environment variable working, be sure to invalidate that current token because it's already part of our source control.
