feat: Add prime number checker in Javascript #6

This commit introduces a new program, `prime-number-finder.js`, to the `javascript` directory. This program is a command-line tool that takes an integer as input and determines whether it is a prime number. In addition to the program itself, this commit also includes: - The creation of a `package.json` file to initialize the Node.js project within the `javascript` folder. - The creation of a `README.md` file in the `javascript` folder, which will serve as a log for all Javascript programs. The `prime-number-finder.js` has been added as the first entry. This work is the first step in the daily coding challenge, establishing the foundation for the Javascript language directory.
