Release 4.0

As complexity increases and we log more and more data, it seemed like optimizing in a few different ways would be key.

This is a complete rebuild from the previous version, which rolled much of it's own front-end functionality and also included an Express server to handle the backend and data layer. This version has been built with Svelte and Sveltekit to streamline development and to provide a clean interface for generating our APIs. The data layer is managed by Tigris, a currently beta-only storage platform. The styles and functionality remain mostly the same between this version and the previous.
