To solve the problem of Phoenix being mistriggered and not recovering due to constant background noise, we need to implement a timeout mechanism in the
applicationmethod of theAttentionWordclass. This involves importing thetimemodule, recording the start time before entering the while loop, checking the elapsed time inside the while loop, and breaking the loop if the elapsed time exceeds 15 seconds.We need to modify the while loop in the
applicationmethod to include a timeout condition.
