I confirmed the build succeeds and Web launches as expected by using the daily version of Flatpak runtime (which is based on GNOME 49 now). However, there seems to be an style issue that a strange frame is shown on top of the header bar when in the new tab page:

Seems like the black frame is due to osd css class. Removing it using Inspector results it disappear, but it looks like still broken 🤷
