Hi @bozana - here is the PR for using the GeoLite2 databases with OJS 3.3.0-x usageStats.
I have just added the composer.json and composer.lock files for getting the vendor library.
I have also updated the README, but was only able to do that for the Linux part. For Windows, you would have to find instructions yourself.
