분실물 서비스가 아직 준비되지 않아, 관리자 페이지 네비게이션에서 임시적으로 제거함 - `serviceObjectToNavList` 유틸 함수에서 분실물 관련 코드 주석 처리 - `translate` 타입에서 분실물 관련 코드 주석 처리 - 향후 분실물 서비스 개발 시 다시 추가 예정

yarn install 단계에서 캐시 문제로 인해 빌드가 실패하는 경우가 발생하여 캐시 삭제 단계를 추가하고 체크섬 검사를 무시하도록 설정 변경 - yarn cache clean 명령어를 통해 캐시 삭제 - 체크섬 검사 무시 옵션 추가 (--checksum-behavior=ignore) - 빌드 안정성 향상
체크섬 검증을 다시 활성화한다. - `yarn install --immutable` 에서 `--checksum-behavior=ignore` 옵션 제거 - 안정적인 의존성 설치 보장 - 이전 커밋에서 체크섬 무시 옵션을 추가했으나, 근본적인 문제 해결 후 다시 검증을 활성화함
