Color Bulb Operation:

Below is the page for the Color Bulbs. The Color Temperature and Monochromatic bulbs use a subset of the commands and attributes on this page.

  • Color Temperature: Off, On, Refresh, Set Circadian, Set Color Temperature, Set Level, Start Level Change, Stop Level Change
  • Monochromatic (white): Off, On, Refresh, Set Level, Start Level Change, Stop Level Change Kasa Color Bulb Page

Command Notes

  • Set Circadian: Turns on the bulb-internal circadian color temperature control.
  • Set Color Temperature: Range is 2500 to 9000 for Color bulb. and 2700 to 6500 for Color Temperature bulbs.

Current States Notes:

  • Color bulbs only: hue, saturation, color
  • Color and colorTemp bulbs only: circadianState, colorTemperature, colorName, colorMode
  • circadianState: (color and colorTemp bulbs) circadian means that the bulb's internal circadian function is active
  • colorName: based on the Hubitat definitions for color and color temperature names.
  • hue, saturation: value of zero in both means color bulb is in color temperature mode.

Preferences Notes

  • Device IP: This tile appears only when device is installed manually.
  • Default Transition Time: Sets time for the bulb to go from on/off and to change level. Not used in color/color temperature commands. Is multiplied by 1000 and stored in state.transTime
  • Enable debug Logging: Enables debug-level logging for 30 minutes.
